Card of the Day – Spell Sachet for Lucid Dreams from The Kitchen Witch Oracle.

Dreams can be powerful portals—whispers from your subconscious and the greater universe. They often carry important messages, and with a little intention, we can learn to navigate them more consciously. Today's spell sachet is designed to enhance your ability to become lucid while dreaming, helping you tune into those messages with clarity and purpose.

To create your Lucid Dream Sachet, you will need:

– 1 drop of Mimosa essential oil (or substitute with Clary Sage or Lavender essential oil if Mimosa isn’t available)
– 1 whole star anise
– 1 small sprig of rosemary (dried or fresh)
– A pinch of dried marjoram
– A pinch of poppy seeds
– A small amount of dried lavender
– A pinch of paprika
– 1 small sachet bag or pouch
– A piece of parchment or plain paper

Instructions:

1. Place one drop of your chosen essential oil in a corner of your parchment paper.
2. On the same paper, write the following spell: "Astral travels while I sleep—be lucid and intuitive." Feel free to sign your name beneath it to personalise the enchantment. 
3. Fold the paper neatly and place it inside your sachet bag. 
4. One by one, gently add each of the herbs and ingredients, doing so slowly and mindfully. As you add each one, visualise receiving beautiful, vivid, and meaningful messages in your dreams.
5. Once all the ingredients are inside, tie off the sachet with intention and place it under your pillow before bed.
