Divinatory Meaning: You need to evolve from a situation you are in into a better one. Changes are scary, and sometimes we have so much resistance to change due to past experiences. Rosemary comes to tell you that there is nothing scarier than stagnation; energy needs to move and flow, just like a river, to be able to be clean, fresh and support everything around it.
