– 1 bay leaf
– 1 small piece of parchment paper
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– 1 sprig of thyme
– 1 cinnamon stick
– Twine
– A fireproof container (cauldron or heavy saucepan)
– A wooden match

Instructions: Make sure all ingredients are dry. Write what you wish to manifest on the bay leaf. If there’s not enough space, use the parchment instead, roll it, and include it in the bundle. Tie everything tightly with twine.
